<p>Aya is an Intuitive Catalyst, a Mental, Emotional &amp; Spiritual Health Researcher and Practitioner, a Holistic Wellness Consultant, and an Soul Integration Therapist who has spent 14 years creating &amp; developing wellness modalities specifically for the African Context</p><p>In this session, Aya helps us answer questions at the heart of community building. What is a community? How do you hold space for other people and their needs, while acknowledging that they may conflict with your own, and not overextend one's own boundaries? How do we create brave spaces where we can call each other in and hold each other accountable but also have safe spaces where we can engage each other in compassionate and ethical ways? How do we build networks of care within established communities when our resources (financial, emotional &amp; psychological) are limited?</p>
