The Conservation Volunteers - South Yorkshire

TCV, the community volunteering charity, works every day across the UK to create healthier and happier communities for everyone by connecting people and green spaces to have a lasting impact on both.

TCV in South Yorkshire manage a portfolio of 7 Community Woodlands across Doncaster, Rotherham and Barnsley in partnership with The Land Trust. The woodlands are all restored former coal mines that have been transformed into  incredible new community woodlands. Formerly sites of heavy industry they now provide space for people and wildlife.
