If you’ve never logged in:

  1. Verify your email address . Enter the email address associated with your tickets and select Continue.

  2. Check your email for a message from noreply@event.eventbrite.com, with the subject line: Activate your Eventbrite account.

  4. Enter your desired password and select Update password.

  5. Accept the Terms and Conditions.

Once you’ve verified your email address, you’ll be taken to Tickets in your Eventbrite account, where you can access and manage your order.

If your tickets are missing

There are a few reasons tickets might not appear in your Eventbrite account:

  • Different email address: You’re logged into Eventbrite using a different email address than the one you used to place the order.

  • Typo in your email address: The email address on your order was misspelled during checkout.

  • Device is offline: If you haven't accessed your tickets previously and your device is offline, you won't be able to access your tickets in the app.

Don't see tickets in your account?
Try finding tickets by entering your purchase details. If you're unsure which email address you used for the order, select 'I don't know’ when asked for an email address.

If you used Apple’s Hide My Email feature

If you ordered tickets on an Apple device and used Sign in with Apple with the Hide My Email feature, your tickets may be associated with a hidden Apple-generated email address. This means if you sign in to Eventbrite with your personal email address, your tickets won’t appear because they’re linked to the hidden email address instead.

To check the email address associated with Eventbrite in your Apple settings:

  1. Open the Settings app on your Apple device.

  2. Select your name at the top.

  3. Select Eventbrite from the list of apps (if available).

  4. If Hide My Email was used, you’ll see an email address ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com.

To access tickets ordered with a hidden, Apple-generated email:

  1. Go to Eventbrite and log out of your account.

  2. Select Sign in with Apple and complete the sign-in process.

  3. Go to Tickets.

Your tickets should appear once you’re signed in to the correct account.
