She is passionate about celebrating and honoring Rites of Passage for all stages of life, educating people on the wisdom of the menstrual cycle and connecting people through the sharing of stories.

Workshop Facilitation :
Rachel is a licensed workshop facilitator and a member of the leadership team for A Celebration Day for girls & Fathers Celebrating daughters
She is a Graduate and apprentice of the 4 seasons journey and a teacher of Moonsong workshop with the School of Shamanic womancraft.
In 2015, Rachel founded of the Castlamine Red Tent, monthly circle for women.
