Ariel
Ariel Perea Díaz is a holistic therapist specialising in Jin Shin Jyutsu and Oriental nutrition. With a background that combines Eastern healing traditions and the expressive power of art, Ariel supports his clients in reconnecting with their body’s innate wisdom.
Originally trained in Spain and now based in London, Ariel integrates the gentle, non-invasive techniques of Jin Shin Jyutsu with tailored nutritional guidance, offering a deeply restorative experience. His sessions are rooted in presence, empathy, and the belief that each individual holds the key to their own wellbeing.
Ariel also draws upon his experience as a visual artist to enrich his therapeutic approach, encouraging a creative and intuitive process of self-discovery.
What to Expect During a Jin Shin Jyutsu Session
In a typical session, the client lies fully clothed on a treatment table in a relaxed and quiet environment. Ariel begins by listening to the body’s energy pulses, which guide the session and help determine which areas need harmonising.
Using his hands, he gently places them over specific energy points on the body—known as Safety Energy Locks—following sequences (flows) that restore balance to the energy pathways. There is no manipulation, pressure or massage; the touch is light, still and deeply calming.
Clients often enter a meditative, restful state during the session, and many report a sense of warmth, gentle pulsation, or emotional release. The session helps activate the body’s natural healing response and supports both physical recovery and emotional clarity.
Each session is tailored to the individual, allowing space for silence, breath and presence.
Languages spoken: English and Spanish
Sessions available: In-person on Tuesdays at the Light Centre Marylebone, and online for Spanish-speaking clients.
