ADHD Family Network

ADHD Family Network is a not-for-profit social enterprise supporting families raising children with ADHD. Our vision is a world where families feel understood, supported, and confident and are met with connection, clarity, and compassionate support within their communities. We offer practical, evidence-informed workshops, parent groups, and safe spaces for shared learning and reflection. Led by trained and certified Family ADHD Coaches, our events combine education with understanding, helping families navigate everyday challenges with greater confidence and care. At ADHD Family Network, we walk alongside families creating places to pause, breathe, feel understood, and move forward together.
