HASU High Performance Zen
HASU High Performance Zen offers secular Zen training grounded in modern mind and body science to develop focused attention, embodied awareness and increase personal resilience.
Alongside her work with leaders, equestrians, and high perfroming teams, founder Stef Mandirola also offers a community-accessible version of the same methodology. These sessions are for anyone with curiosity and commitment who wants practical tools for everyday life.
Zen practice can support better sleep, reduced stress, improved focus and memory, stronger immunity, slower ageing as well greater emotional resilience and reduction of anxiety, low mood, and burnout symptoms.
Stef is a former COO in the Aerospace industry, an IMTA-accredited Zen Meditation and Mindfulness teacher, a RYT200 Zen Yoga teacher, and a Brain Coach. She is part of the Zenways teaching community and a student of Zen Master Daizan Skinner Roshi.
Her teaching blends secular Zen practice with modern brain and body science, offering simple techniques you can use at work, in sport, or at home. Sessions are welcoming, down to earth, and focused on what actually works, without pressure to “do it perfectly”.
No miracles. No quick fixes. Just consistent practice, and the support of a community.
HASU High Performance Zen is grounded in three principles:
1.Resilience can be trained: focus, composure, and awareness are skills, not fixed traits.
2.Mind and body work as one system: wellbeing improves when they are aligned.
3.Change is possible for everyone: through awareness, choice, and consistent practice.
