I'm a self-empowerment life coach for women, 22 year massage therapist, reiki healer, mindfulness practitioner and many other coach certifications and trainings under my belt that mean nothing without connection to self and others.

My mission is to lift other women up, to actualize their greatness and find a deep love for themselves so that they may be confident in love, joyful in life and living on purpose. I'm aiming to run an outdoor sisterhood circle to gather and connect more deeply with nature and yourself. May switch to zoom in the winter months or a venue indoor to continue. TBD
