Hi, I’m Kasi—a lifelong student of the mind, the heart, and what it truly means to live well.
For over two decades, I’ve been guiding individuals and organisations on a journey of transformation—through meditation, yoga, neuroscience, and the art of reconnecting with one’s inner self. My work is rooted in the belief that lasting change doesn’t come from fixing the outside, but by shifting our inner state—one thought, one breath, one moment at a time.
I’m the Principal Trainer of Big Mind Solutions and the creator of The Meditation Club—two spaces that bring together science and spirit to help people reduce stress, lead consciously, and live more meaningfully.
As a Certified NeuroChangeSolutions Consultant trained by Dr. Joe Dispenza, I help individuals and teams apply the neuroscience of change to improve clarity, collaboration, and creativity. I’m a Certified NLP Practitioner, Master Meditation & Yoga Teacher, and currently at the tail end of an MSc in Applied Neuroscience at King’s College London.
Along the way, I’ve also written a few books—some offering practical tools for living with more clarity and intention, others reflecting on stillness, growth, and the deeper questions of what it means to be human. Each one has been a way of distilling my experience and offering it back—with presence and purpose.
What drives me? Seeing someone remember who they really are. Watching an individual reclaim their power—or a team rediscover what’s possible when they align from within. That’s the magic I live for.
