Koreanska Ladan is a Korean cooking studio and seasonal kitchen in Österlen, where wind, soil, and nature remain beautifully intact.

Born from a sense of longing, it offers a quiet bridge between Korea and Sweden’s east coast. A place where Korean barbecue is served with elderflower drinks, rice porridge simmers in the rice cooker, and stories are shared around the table.

Rooted in Korean tradition and shaped by modern, international methods, we cook with what grows nearby — adding only a few essential Asian ingredients from the local store.

Each dish is guided by intuition, seasonality, and the belief that food, when shared, can carry memory, meaning, and joy.
