Patti Ibanez
Patti (she/her) is a Portland-based somatic guide, life coach, in-person facilitator and space-holder devoted to helping people come back into relationship with their bodies, their truth and each other.
She is a Certified Integrative Trauma Practitioner, and her work sits at the intersection of embodiment, intimacy, inner child work, grief and trauma-aware practice. She is especially known for creating carefully led, consent-forward experiences where the invitation is to slow down enough for something real to emerge.
Patti has created and facilitated somatic movement and embodiment experiences, including Liberation Frequency, Dark Waters and Freakish and also hosted the Portal to Becoming retreat in Sedona, AZ. Her next retreat is planned for Fall of 2026.
Her facilitation style is grounded, relational and precise, with a strong emphasis on choice, pacing, care and nervous system safety. Participants often remark on her ability to name what’s happening beneath the surface and to create containers where attunement and connection become unavoidable. Her facilitation is informed by a deep intuitive attunement to people and groups, allowing her to respond skillfully to what is emerging in the the room.
Patti works with individuals, couples and groups navigating transition, intimacy, loss and seasons of becoming. Many of her clients are creatives, artists, leaders and change-makers who are ready to feel more alive in their bodies and more present in their lives.
She believes that connection is not extra, but essential in these times, and that staying human with ourselves and each other is both a personal and collective practice.
Patti lives in SE Portland with her dog, Chunk and is an active member of the local salsa and bachata dance community. She and Chunk love wandering in nature.
