About our Founder

Cheryl Sutherland is a Mindfulness Speaker and Founder of PleaseNotes, a for-purpose company of affirmation-filled products.

Creator Cheryl felt restless and underwhelmed at her 9 to 5. After spending over 10,000 hours learning and facilitating personal development, coaching, and reigniting her inner creativity, Cheryl created a company that inspires women to step into their power by building confidence, clarity, and creativity through journaling and affirmations.

Cheryl has been able to work with different companies to spread the message of mindset growth and human potential. Some include Wonder Women Tech, WeWork, Quicken Loans, Freshbooks, CPA Canada, the Durham District School Board, and more.
