Popoki HR is led by Marie Hart, a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD with over 20 years’ experience in HR and people leadership. Based in Hertfordshire, Popoki HR helps businesses of all sizes navigate employment law, resolve workplace challenges, and build positive, thriving teams.

Through initiatives like the Herts HR Hub, Marie creates spaces for accidental HR leaders such as business owners, office managers, PAs and others with HR responsibility to connect, learn and grow. Her mission is to make HR support practical, accessible and people first, giving local businesses the confidence to handle people challenges with ease.
