Our Method
Our signature 90-minute sessions are designed to optimize your body's performance and recovery:
Smart Cardio (~30 min total): Warm-up plus targeted intervals — either 4×4 (16min total) or 8×30s sprints (ONLY 4min!) — designed to boost cardiovascular fitness and optimize longevity.
Personalized Strength Training (~30 min): A guided, science-based strength session tailored to your ability and goals, focusing on functional movement, muscle balance, and long-term resilience.
Science-Backed Recovery Techniques (~30 min): Targeted recovery strategies including mobility, stretching, and restorative methods designed to improve performance, reduce injury risk, and support overall longevity.
