Thompson Farm WP
Thompson Farm is a family farm, focusing on producing premium quality freezer beef.
We raise Speckle Park cattle, a breed developed in Canada, which is known for its efficiency of production, as well as producing beef with amazing marbling, taste, and tenderness.
Our vision is to create quality, locally raised beef, while engaging in responsible land management practices and maintaining the well-being of our animals. With a mind to our footprint, we have several ongoing conservation projects with more planned.
In an effort to share our products with people, we have opened our farm to the public, participating in Open Farm Days and are now offering an on-farm long table supper experience, with amazing food prepared by a local chef with locally sourced ingredients, including our own farm-raised Speckle Park beef.
