Tommy Models
The Tommy Models are a newly formed band from Washington, DC consisting of some of D.C.’s legendary punk, rock musicians from such bands as, Body Count (DC), HR (of the Bad Brains), Scream, SR-71, DagNasty, Government Issue, Suzi Moon, Mission UK and The Cult to name a just a few.
We are considered power pop punk, with heavy influences from the 1970-80s golden era of the glam/power pop punk movement.
To quote Franz Stahl of Scream/Foo Fighters
“The Tommy Models sound like a mix between the Kinks and the Buzzcocks”.
Our debut EP “420” was released on 04/20/20 on all music platforms with over 100k streams and counting.
We are currently working on our second release, due out summer 2025 on vinyl.
