2025 Herbalism Workshops

We offer a series of seasonal workshops for those interested in learning how we do intensive vegetable farming in an urban context. These production-oriented, hands-on demonstrations can cover a variety of potential subjects.

Explore our workshop offerings for Harvest Fest 2024- an annual celebration to show gratitude to. our community and land for their continued support.

Led by UGC staff in conjunction with the Herbalism Conductor, Kim Crutcher, these gatherings are offered as a space for learning to identify and work with both wild and cultivated plants.
