Right now, she’s consulting with Champion’s Corner in Waterloo, Illinois, helping bring the place alive with a lineup that hits every vibe:
bourbon tastings, wine flights, pool tournaments, dart competitions, karaoke, music trivia, comedy nights, live music, plus craft nights, art workshops, and whatever fun concept she dreams up next.
Champion’s Corner is also open for daytime meetings, workshops, and full‑bar rentals, giving the community a flexible space for business or play.
