We are a supportive, friendly, and welcoming community dedicated to helping mums stay active, healthy, and connected while enjoying precious time with their little ones.
Our Buggyfit classes are designed specifically for mums at any stage of their postnatal journey, whether you’re just getting back into exercise or looking to maintain your fitness.
We believe that fitness should be fun, inclusive, and accessible – especially for new mums. Our classes are led by a qualified postnatal fitness instructor who understand the physical and emotional changes that come with motherhood.
Every Sunday, we host outdoor Buggyfit sessions that combine:
• Low-impact cardio and strength exercises
• Postnatal-safe movements
• Buggy-based workouts that allow your baby to come along
• Opportunities to socialise and connect with other mums
Our sessions take place in local parks and outdoor spaces, offering a refreshing way to exercise in the fresh air while your baby enjoys the ride.
After every class, we finish with a relaxed trip to the nearby cafe where mums can enjoy a hot drink, unwind and chat while babies nap, feed or play. This social element is a core part of Buggyfit, helping to build friendships, reduce isolation and create a true community beyond just exercise.
