The ACT HTA is Canberra's History Teachers Association. The group is run by educators from all sectors with various levels of experience, who volunteer their time due to their love and passion for History and History teaching.

Becoming a member of the ACT HTA gives you access, discounts and input into a wide range of K-12 professional learning, community partnerships, competitions and special events. All of these are centred on teaching history and the social sciences, with rich and diverse connections to local, national, regional and global communities, linking the Australian Curriculum to the classroom.
