Akisha Sharon Jefferson

owner of The Job Coach, a DMV career service specializing in job development, career counseling, and interview preparation. In 2018, she launched The Job Coach app and placed 225 people in new jobs.

The Job Coach also recruits for several companies in the Washington, DC metro area. Before launching The Job Coach, Akisha was the owner and managing partner of Greene and Vaden, LLP, which did business as MaidPro of Capitol Hill and employed 25 full-time employees and serviced well over 1500 clients a year.
