Community Arts Council of Vancouver

Community Arts Council of Vancouver organizes the Vancouver Outsider Arts Festival in partnership with the Roundhouse Community Arts & Recreation Centre. CACV’s mission is to support community arts in Vancouver, and we run various programs in support of that mission including working in schools and community spaces on reconciliation, an artist in residence partnership with John Howard Society, and bringing artists together in various ways to learn from and support each other at our new Gather series.For more information about the Vancouver Outsider Arts Festival, visit cacv.ca.
