A Chef with 13 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

In my career, I have had the incredible luck to work with Neil Perry, Skye Gyngell & Moshik roth.

I am excited to start paving my path and creating my style of cooking, Middle Eastern influenced food, focusing on small local UK farms and ingredients.

I hope I can share my excitement and gratitude to the world of hospitality and cooking with as many people as I can and learn as much as i can from it about myself and the people around me
