Matsumura Blues Festival Inc is a Victorian-based volunteer-run community association. Our association's objectives are to enrich the lives of local community members by organising unforgettable live music events and to showcase the talents of exceptional musicians.

In June 2025, Matsumura launched an exciting new Jailhouse Concert Series in the historic 1888 Kew Court House which is a purpose-built live music performance space. This theatre showcases the talents of carefully selected original artists to join the Jailhouse Concert Series lineup, with a focus on blues, roots, Americana, soul, bluesrock, funk, pyschedelic rock, alt-folk, alt-country and bluegrass music.
