Alpha Woman Association Inc. (AWA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit economic accelerator dedicated to advancing women through education, funding, and connections. We host workshops, certification programs, leadership trainings, networking mixers, and our flagship Alpha Woman Summit; bringing together entrepreneurs, executives, and industry leaders.

Our mission is to provide women with the tools, resources, and partnerships to scale businesses, grow careers, and strengthen communities. Whether through intimate masterclasses or large-scale conferences, AWA events are designed to create real opportunities for growth, influence, and impact.
