At the Wellbeing Campus, we're passionate about mental health and wellbeing.

We deliver accredited Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) courses to help you build a stronger community and meet obligations for managing mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. Just like physical first aid, MHFA will teach how you to communicate and assist someone in need.

We also provide bespoke training and consultancy packages to suit the individual needs of businesses and organisations. All of our courses are highly practical and evidenced-based.

Our mission is to raise the mental health literacy of communities through education and create communities that thrive.
